Since childhood, the hike to the arch has been woven into family traditions and formative experiences beneath the desert sun. The climb, the anticipation, the first glimpse of the arch appearing across the slickrock, and the feeling of standing beneath it have remained etched into his imagination for decades. Of all the arches scattered across southern Utah, this one continues to hold the strongest emotional gravity.

Painted with bold, expressive brushwork, Delicate Arch Beneath the Blue captures the fiery orange sandstone glowing beneath a broad blue desert sky. The sweeping clouds become more than weather.
